It was overall thorough, and quite organized. We went through three steps before the final interview, the questions were difficult but not impossible and the interviewers were all very nice

Generic personality and questions test, multiple choice as first step in interview process. Not sure what answers they are looking for but seems like an easy straightforward way to filter people out
