I had a screening interview within 3 days of submitting my application. I then had a chat with the hiring manager and within a week I was offered a full day interview. The interview started with a 9 AM seminar followed by one on one interviews ending at 5:15 PM. I was told I would have a decision within 2 and a half weeks. Three weeks after my interview they reached out for references. They called my references and then ghosted me. I finally got a generic "we are moving forward with other candidates" email over 6 weeks from my full day interview. Overall, I am very unimpressed with the company.
