Rigorous but is to ensure they get the best candidates. The first interview is with a large panel. Then you do a presentation to the technical team as well. Very enjoyable process.

What do you know about the company? They are big on culture. It would be beneficial to learn about the company’s core values before you go for the interview. Also understand the macro economic environment as well.
it was quite intense and engaging. the interviewers were also friendly and accomodating. they even made some corrections to my answers, it was a good experience overall. i totally recommend. they're also big on dressing well and smart.

It was intense to be very honest. Well maybe for me because I really want to be an investment banker in the long run. Career Switch. It was very detailed. From the exams, to essay writing to essay presentation then final interview with the panel.
