I applied for SQL Developer position as a fresher. First, I need to clear Written Assessment. It doesn't consists of Messing Aptitude questions. But It has Puzzles. And SQL related questions. Not too much tough. They wanted to know whether you are good in basics or not. I cleared written, two days later I got Call for Personal Interview. There, They review my written test answers, discussed about answers How i got that answer, Practical examples , And even for the wrong answers they made me to write correct ones. Thats it simple. Later, Asked some more questions like examples for some functions, syntax. Whole thing carried in 45 mins. Once tech recruiter satisfied, he will take you to the Ops Manager. There you just have a formal discussions like where are you staying, about your experience(if any), about their organization. There he will calculate your confidence and attitude levels. If he is okay with you, you're all set to be the part of organization.
