Pretty Good Interview Process following 4 Round of Interviews : 1. DSA and SpringBoot Application. 2. SpringBoot Applications and Scaling of application , Kubernetes etc. 3. DSA and Projects 4. CI/CD Pipelines

Applied online for the Software Development Engineer position and was contacted via email to schedule a date and time for a 1 hour video interview. I confirmed a interview session for exactly a week later at 1pm. After the week passed, on the day of the interview I get a email from the interview coordinator at 9am that "they are needing to reschedule my interview and to give them a few dates and times for the following week". So I rescheduled and confirmed another meeting exactly a week later from the current day for 2pm. After waiting another week, on the morning of the interview at 9am, I was then sent another email stating "We are going to cancel this interview", with no other context or rescheduling options. So I called the HR representative that was listed in the scheduling emails and was told the interview coordinator would call me back within the day. A day later I received no phone call but was sent an template email stating "Unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with your candidacy for the Software Development Engineer position..." I do not recommend applying at the Cary, NC location because their HR and staff does not value and will completely waste your time. Nearly three weeks of my time was wasted without a simple explanation nor interview that I had to reschedule multiple times. They will just cancel their interview on you the day of, and send you an email canceling your application completely. I highly do not recommend working for the MetLife based in Cary, NC that does not respect their job applicant's time.
