It was lengthy it took almost 6 months to have final round conducted. Longer duration for interviewes, Candidate kinda get demotivated with such a longer duration and it does not add value.

Conversational. took no notes, almost as if they had pre-judged me as an applicant. I have over 8 years experience and would have been an excellent candidate, but was treated as if I was a friend coming over for coffee instead of a serious contender for the position. It was very disappointing, they seemed to be in a state of flux, not really knowing what they wanted, but turning people away instead of looking for opportunities to partner with someone.
