Interview
Metlife holds 3 interviews over a week and asks general behavioral and some light technical questions. Focus is put on coding experience and past experience working with a team. To prepare for these interviews, it is advised to review past group projects, preferably ones that focused on analyzing things.

Question 1
Describe a conflict you had with a teammate when working in a group. How did you resolve the issue?
Submitted the application online, and then after a week or so a member of HR reached out for a virtual interview. They asked basic questions. I am still waiting to hear about the next steps. I had a great 1:1 interview and I believe everything went smoothly.
