the phone interview was performed by a placement company, which passed on the information to the hiring manager. hiring manager contacted me and set up an interview for late afternoon (after "normal business hours). was called in for interview which consisted of 25 behavioral/job specific questions. felt that it went well, but manager hired experience over a good interview. seemed like a good company and would be a good place to work, however.
