I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Bloomfield, CT) in Mar 2015
Interview
A tour of the office and introduction to team and then your basic questions. How do you work under pressure? Describe your biggest challenge? Are you a team player? Reviewed the current projects they were workings and asked what I thought was interesting about them. They emphasized flexibility. The first part was 2:1 and the second part was a round table discussion.
It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.
