Phone screening first and in than they have you come in person to the location you will be working at. Questions were all job related and to the point

Multiple group interviews, only one person selected. You interview with 4 managers from the group voluntary and worksite sales department and you hear back pretty quickly. Negotiations were not that flexible but maybe it’s changed with the pandemic
