I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MetLife (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
Apply online, if selected you get scheduled for phone interview, once thats passed you take an online assessment that takes over an hour to complete it wasnt that easy due to the math portion for me, once thats passed you are scheduled for an onsite interview. This entire process took around 1week.
The interview onsite was with 2 different people about 3o mins for each person, was asked 9 situational interview questions. Explained that had to pass series 6 exam at the end of 4 week class for it, if you dont pass you most likely wont have a job. Very adamant about spending extra time outside of work to study in order to pass the exam. The building is very nice in the ballantyne area, and the interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. Waiting to hear back on the offer

Question 1
The standard STAR format behavioral questions were used coupled with pleasant conversation. If you take the time to complete your due diligence on the company and the product line you will be responsible for supporting will boost your confidence and make your interview process go smoothly.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MetLife (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
Applied online through the MetLife website, got an email about an hour later to schedule a phone interview. Completed the phone interview about two hours after that, and then completed the online assessment which is time consuming. After that I was emailed with a one on one interview date that was three days later. My interview lasted about 30 minutes and was offered a position over the phone the next morning!

Interview
This was the longest interview process I've ever went through. First was a phone interview, then you had to pass a long assessment (took over an hour and a half), then once you pass you speak to the manager on the phone, THEN you meet with another manager in person. This process was a waste of time because I ended up receiving no offer at the end. I feel that you shouldn't take a person through that long of a process if you have no intentions of hiring them.
