I applied through university. I interviewed at MetaSource (Draper, UT) in Jun 2016
Interview
phone interview than an in person interview in Draper. Not much to the interview just who you are and can you be successful in this job. Interview took maybe 20 minutes and easy. Wear a suit, the dress is pretty strict and members of senior leadership are wearing suits frequently.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetaSource (Draper, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
After applying online, I received a phone call about a week later from the HR assistant. Went over basic information. After answering a few questions we set up an interview for the following day. Met with the recruiter of HR for the interview. Interviewed for about 20-30 mins, went over questions and the job process.
They let me know it would be a day or two before they should have an idea of who they would be choosing as their candidate. I didn't hear anything from them for a week, I emailed the HR assistant asking if they had made a decision and they respond back with a no not yet. Still nothing after another week. Emailed the HR assistant again and they responded with "they were making the decision right then and that I was not chosen, but to apply for future openings". After reading other reviews about the company I realized this wasn't a company I wanted to work for in the end and was relieved that I didn't get the job. Especially with how they never actually reached back out to me to let me know I didn't get the job but that I had to keep reaching out to hear back.
