Got to my interview and they said they had already hired everyone for the position. Offered to waitlist me and i politely declined since I had no time to wait.

Average interview
Application
I interviewed at Micro Center (Miami, FL)
Interview
It was a group interview of around 10-15 people and they pair you up with a partner. Firstly they give you a few minutes to get to know your partner and talk about yourselves to them. After that you have to introduce them to everyone and give a brief summary of what you've learnt about your partner and they have to do the same about you. Then each group has to answer 3 randomized questions relating to certain work environment scenarios.
In my opinion I prefer 1 on 1 interviews since I personally don't do well in front of crowds but other than that it was a cool experience.

Question 1
If someone was looking to buy a laptop, what will you ask the customer?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Micro Center (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was not at all about the job, more about what you like to do, what games you play. All the employees were friends with the manager and they all hung out on weekend and played games together. Many not even having A+ certification. Are you a brown nose, you can get a job there.
