Warm and friendly atmosphere, the people were all approachable. Office was fairly quiet as it is a smaller company but location in Davis was very accessible. The interview process was straightforward, and they didn't ask anything that was too technical.

Interview
The interview process for a Software Engineer Intern at Micro-leads was smooth and engaging, starting with a well-organized coding assessment that tested both problem-solving skills and coding abilities. There is only one round of in-person technical interviews, where thoughtful and challenging questions allow me to demonstrate my competencies in a real-world context. What impressed me the most was the transparent communication throughout the process, as well as the opportunity to meet team members who provided insights into the company's culture and the role itself. Overall, the experience was efficient, and informative, and left me excited about the prospect of joining the Micro-leads team.
