Microart Semipermanent Makeup interview questions

Honestly this company is ridiculous in their interview process. Their eyebrow work is terrible, They have you fill out questions that require an hour to fill out and then record you on camera. They are a tattoo place but one of the questions is do you have tattoos that can be seen anywhere, lol? Shows how much life experience they have. How about you judge people based off their qualifications and character? Also their eyebrow work they do does not look good although their vitiligo camouflage work is good. Anyways you feel like you are interviewing for the FBI or something when their instagram and everything is very minimal. They are looking for a put their head down plain Jane or Joe. If you want good eyebrow tattoo work go to Microblading LA, they do the best work.

Weird, invasive, and waste of time. This company has a suite located in a building that is so hard to find. They have you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a questionnaire that takes 45 minutes-1 hour asking redundant, repetitive, weird questions such as what you do for fun, your hobbies, and things that have no relevancy to the position. I believe the questionnaire is designed to create a sort of profile. Someone interviewed before me and her interview was shorter than the questionnaire packet taking no more than 10 minutes. They then begin to enter into a different room negatively discussing the candidate. I believe they went into the next room to discuss since they were aware I can hear them. They did not check on me to see if I was finished they continued to chat. I then just left and turned away from the interview process. Highly unprofessional and a waste of your valuable time for an invaluable company.
