I met a recruiter from Micron at a career fair. We had a pleasant conversation and exchanged information. A couple weeks later I had a phone call with an HR person. I set up an interview with her for the following week. I was interviewed by two panels, the first with three people and the second with two people. I interviewed on a Friday and received the offer on a Monday. Very fast process overall, in my opinion. Transparent, and responsive to all my questions about their benefits.
