It was a dual-round interview, which was mostly aimed at understanding my knowledge about the Semiconductor field and the depth of my subject knowledge in terms of recruitment, Employee engagement, training, and onboarding. and these were the specifically targeted topics as the role was related to university relations. And since data management was also a crux of the role so the questions were also directed to know and understand my knowledge in terms of Excel, Tableau and H R Analytics.

The interview was so sweet and kind, but the way they handled the aftermath of the interview was poor. It is obvious that the company might be slowly falling apart after recent company layoffs.
