I have passed a few 3 interviews. First Hr, then with finance, and the final with General Manager. All was smooth and friendly, the excel test was based on different data formats and pivot and other functions. Good experience. Then lots of time on internal screening of my documents.

Attend an onsite or virtual loop, meet teams, and, if successful, receive an offer after reference checks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Sept 2024

I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
Need to be well prepared, quite a lot of technical questions, not a lot of behavioral questions. the people were very nice. Very welcoming & seemed like a friendly team.
