Phone screening and Super day. Got the decision within 2 weeks of Super Day. 3-4 45 minute interviews in a 3 hour long Super Day. For internship interview there wasn’t much of any technical questions all behavioral and situational.
Very smooth process. A lot of questions about why Microsoft, FRP, and finance. First round was a screening interview, and the second were three, 1 on 1 interviews. Each interview took roughly 45 minutes.

Interview
The first interview wasn’t too bad they asked a decent amount of financial questions. Then behavioral questions. The next 3 interviews weren’t as easy. A good mix of behavioral and finance questions. I was able to ask them questions as well. They said I would know something within two weeks. After 1 week and 1 day, I received an offer.

Three 30-minute interviews with either former FRPs or current hiring managers. The most technical question I got was to describe an income statement using a Microsoft product aside from that I just was asked behavioral interview questions
