3 technical interviews then HR. mostly development tasks in the first 2 interviews, then interview with the group manager. Interviews over MS Teams except last one which was face to face

Python binary tree manipulation, printing in various orders.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
It was a quite an unstructured interview with an engineering manager. Really strange technical questions that went into details were it made no sense to go into detail.
Multiple red flags (e.g. no clear plan of execution) came up that had me on the edge of just stopping the interview immediately.
