I got called at start of July 2025 my first round was setup during the end of July First round was pretty difficult than the regular interviews for my devops domain..after 3 days I got a call I cleared it and will be processed for next rounds..the round kept on rescheduling multiple times and never happened and I got a rejection mail on August 10th .worst experience

It was a long interview with multiple rounds. A lot of behavioral questions and it feels very much like you are having a good conversation. Very possible to built rapport here. I would advice anyone applying to this position to learn about Microsoft, their products and dive into their company culture if you haven't already. In case it is stated what your specialty would be, dive into that product and be prepared to answer what makes it unique. Loved the interview, it was a very great experience. You can quickly tell if you're a fit within the company culture. The interviewers are very engaging and nice to talk with.
