      Interview

There were two interviews before receiving an offer. They did make you take a basic test with hardware and networking questions. They were all friendly during the process and most questions were very basic questions.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Midwest Computech (Sedalia, MO) in Apr 2013

      Interview

I started the process by downloading, filling out a pdf form, and submitting via email, I received a phone call interview several days later which asked a few technical questions but was mainly focused around questions such as "why do you want to work for this company", and "are you willing to relocate for the job." At the end of the phone interview, an in person interview was scheduled. The in person interview was done in a managers office and two other senior level technicians sat in on the interview to ask technical questions. After the interview was complete, I was sent to local company to do a background check and drug test. After the background check and drug test results came back, I was offered a position over the phone. The entire process, from submitting the application, to being hired, took approximately two weeks.
