Interview

I felt the staff interviewing me were unprepared. The fist interview was done by a consultant. I felt the consultant was totally disconnected from the process. The second interview was done by actual staff who I would be working with.

Asked a lot of personality/behavioral questions , and was trying to get aspect of how your experience relates to the job and your goals in life. Overall it wasn’t too hard and didn’t require too much prepping.

We were divided into separate groups and we were interviewed one on one. Then, we're asked a set amount of questions. Afterwards, you either had to do another interview or you got to leave.
