Interview

The hiring and interview process are very thorough. I was asked to take 3 different online tests. I was interviewed by 3 different people. I also spent about an hour shadowing someone who was doing the same type of work I was interviewing for. This was very helpful as I got a good idea of the expectations for the position. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. They got back to me very quickly at each stage of the process which is very unusual these days.

The most difficult part of the process was the business analyst test that I had to take. Although I have been doing this work for a few years I was not always familiar with the specific terminology.

Interview

Recruiter was quick to get in touch with me to setup initial interview which was a prerecorded video style interview. After submitting the recording I followed up with the recruiter weekly to get an update. Initially the responses were just we have a large number of applicants so we will get back with you shortly. After week 4 the recruiter stopped responding and ghosted me.

First round, video recorded interview, 10 questions each question to be answered in 2 to 3 minutes each. depending on the question. Questions are behavioral, about yourself, your career so far. One question was regarding a class diagram or an entity diagram for a scenario.

One of the best interviews I have ever had. He made talking to him very natural and easy, while getting to answers he was looking for. I know most interviews will have you a little nervous, however, this was not the case. It was like we have known each other for a few years. I can only assume the work environment to be the same
