To clarify our process, the introductory questions regarding your background—including education or work history—are entirely open-ended. They are intended solely as an opportunity for candidates to share their unique journeys in their own words, and there are no specific or "correct" answers we look for. Some candidates choose to skip school years to focus entirely on their professional achievements, which is completely acceptable. We take any suggestion of age bias incredibly seriously; Miles IT prides itself on cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and multi-generational workforce where hiring decisions are based solely on merit, qualifications, and role alignment.
Regarding your communication experience, I apologize for any confusion caused by hearing from multiple team members. Because we prioritize timely updates, our Talent Scouting team operates collaboratively to cover for one another if a primary contact is out of the office. Our goal is to ensure candidates are never left waiting, though we appreciate the feedback on how this can feel disjointed from the outside.
We also appreciate your diligence in exploring our Striven University content. While Striven is our proprietary ERP software, our training videos are hosted on a separate environment, which limits what our Striven Support team can troubleshoot. While we have not had any other reports of errors with the videos we regularly verify these learning links to ensure accessibility and will absolutely re-test the content to ensure they are functioning correctly.
