I applied in mid May and received an email for a one way video interview a few days later. The interview format was a first, but some questions allowed you to have multiple 'takes', while others were one shot after your think time. After about a month I received a second email inviting me to join a live online interview with one of the senior staff. The live interview was challenging with a mainly technical portion, but it didn't feel like a test since I was able to discuss briefly some things I didn't know.

I submitted an application in mid August 2021. Miles responded via email within a day or two and asked me to submit a one-way video interview with prerecorded questions. It was a bit stressful on the questions that only allow one recording attempt, but it helped that the first few questions were easier, get-to-know types of inquiries, and those first questions allowed multiple attempts. About a month later, they did a quick Google Meet with a one-on-one interview. A week later, I was offered the job.
