The interview process was well-organized and professional. I initially spoke with the recruiter Denisa Torres who discussed the role, my background, and my interest in the position. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager ( Scott ) , where I discussed my technical experience, troubleshooting skills, customer service approach, and experience supporting IT infrastructure. I was asked technical questions that allowed me to explain how I handle technical issues, prioritize tasks, and work with customers and team members. Overall, the process gave me a clear understanding of the role, team expectations, and opportunities for growth within the organization.
