I have interviewed for the sales representative position. It is a small company with few employees. Everybody looked very friendly and the interview process was relaxed, more like a conversation. We discussed about what I can bring to the table, and how good I am with people on the phone and face to face. The interviewer mentioned that this is not a job where you do cold calls, and they already have existing customers the sales person was supposed to work with. It was a good interview but I have not been called for second interview.
