I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool
Interview
Consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter of about 20 minutes. I was then invited to interview at the office and interviewed with five employees which lasted about three and a half hours.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Brookfield, WI) in Nov 2020
Interview
Due to COVID-19, the whole process was done with phone/video chats and went very smoothly. The multiple interviewers I spoke with were friendly, outgoing, and very easy to talk to. They were all open about the culture, receptive to questions I had, and seemed genuinely interested about me and my career path!

Question 1
How do you handle stressful situations at work so you can continue to move forward?
Recruiter was incredibly unprofessional. She reached out to schedule an initial phone interview and her email was riddled with spelling errors and typos. I responded the same day with my availability the following week but did not receive a response. I followed up twice more and still did not hear back. Several days later I received an automated rejection email from the system.
