It was a long process. I started with one initial interview with the hiring manager. Two weeks later, I had three 30-minute interviews with people from the team. Another two weeks later, I had four 30-minutes interviews with business leaders in other departments (who I wouldn't work with directly). Then, three weeks after that I had a final, 45-minute panel interview.
