Easy, fast, and asked basic questions to determine eligibility. Interview was held in the store and the owner of the franchise location was present. May be different from an non-franchise lcoation.

Can you describe a time you've had to be put in a position of leadership?
Very easy, just asked basic questions about availability, customer service, if I had reliable transportation, how would you solve conflict, do you have experience managing a team, what are your strengths and weaknesses.
Pretty standard interview with store manager and DM, overall easy experience much like most other retail job interviews basic questions and follow ups on resume nothing really more to say wow
