HR called in and make an appointment.
The accounting manager interviewed in the office. It is not difficult, very informal. Just general questions about accounting, no behavior questions. It is about 15 to 20 minutes long.

Applied online, was told to come in for an interview at the store. A few days after, I got a call from HR offering me the position. I was asked a lot of situational questions.

I applied online on Indeed, contacted by someone inside the department (not HR). Phone screen went well and scheduled an in person at the HQ in Pasadena.

They mostly talk about the position and what day to day looks like and talked about company background.

Told me they really liked my experience and there's a lot of room to grow in the company since they're growing so fast. (Made it really seem like they were ready to hire me on the spot). I was told that they were still interviewing others and would contact me within two weeks. I sent a thank you email after the interview and a follow up email a week later. No answer so far. BTW they don't send rejection letters because "that's not something they would want to see themselves"

Interviewed with the DM and asked typical managerial and sales questions. Expected to cultivate a team, coach in or out, sales driven and results had in the past, visual merchandising outlook, and teamwork.

I applied online, I was contacted by their HR department about a week or two later, saying they wanted me to come in for an interview. The Manager was very chill, friendly I'd say and didn't make me feel intimidated. She asked some very simple questions, mainly around customer service. I received a call from the manager on my way home from the interview, offering me a job. They are a rapidly growing company so they need people, just be friendly (not in a fake or boring way) and you should land a job.

total hire process took a little over a wk.
I completed the application and they contacted me within a wk. I got an initial call to tell me they were interested to hire me, and asked me a few questions. Why did you apply, tell me about yourself. And then I set up an interview for the next day (they asked if I had time to do the interview that same day but i was busy)

the interview: over facetime, lasted abt 20 min then I was able to ask any questions and get more info on the scheduling and start date, etc. The interviewer was very polite and friendly, he led in with questions and was helpful to repeat or explain certain things. They took notes as we went along and also gave positive feedback on my responses. At the end of the interview I was told when he expected to be done with interviews (later that day) and that I probably would be expecting a call back.

Callback: I accepted and was emailed a few things I had to complete before the start date, two days later.

It was terrible, HR didn’t seem like to know what to say or what to ask, there were only two or three other people and they just hired me. Lol,

The manager who interviewed me was little too self absorbed, didn't really ask much questions about the position at all, I felt she talked about herself and life issues to much, I didn't even know her like that which was unprofessional.

Interview was weird the girl seemed completely nervous and uncomfortable to interview me. I asked questions and had to lead the interview at that point. Two to three weeks later get a call that I got the job. One month later after several conversations of her telling me that they aren’t ready for me to start she says they are over staffed then goes to say my availability was the real problem when my availability was wide open. This is such an unprofessional company good riddance to whoever applies!

Interview outcome needs to have an extra option for I accepted but they pulled the offer with multiple excuses.

I submitted my resume online and got called a couple days later to schedule and interview with the store manager. On the day of the interview, I filled out
 an application and did a short math test with a calculator. Then the manager did a quick, relaxed interview. Everything took about 30 minutes.
