El proceso fue bastante rápido (Aprox 3 Semanas) con varias entrevistas todas online vía teams.
Entrevista #1: RRHH donde tuve que contar brevemente mi experiencia y motivaciones. Luego de esto tuve que realizar test de ingles y prueba situacional con casos practicos (En una plataforma online)
Entrevista #2: Consultor Senior, principalmente para conocer mi experiencia previa.
Entrevista #2: Manager, me contó acerca de la empresa y luego conversamos de mi experiencia, motivaciones e hicimos un caso.
Entrevista #3: RRHH, me contó mas en profundidad de la empresa, conversamos de mi experiencia profesional, acerca de mis motivaciones y aspiraciones
Entrevista #4: Director, principalmente contó qué hacen en el área y revisión de mi experiencia previa.

3 Interviews: one with the manager, one with the partner, and one with HR. The first 2 interviews more focus on my experience and projects I participated and the HR interview more focus on behaviour, expectations and habits.
