Miromatrix Medical interview questions

In person interview that took place over a full day. Met individually with senior management and with some of the core teams that I would be working with. Also received a tour of the facility and had lunch with some of the current employees.

It started with an initial phone screen that lasted around an hour. This was followed by an interview with four people who I would be working with. This round lasted about three hours. They asked standard interview questions. Overall it took less than two weeks to get through the interviews but I did not hear back for several weeks after the interviews had concluded. The whole processes was conducted virtually, but that is likely because of the pandemic.
