Interview
After submitting my application online I was contacted by the HR Manager for an interview within a day. We set up a phone interview to happen the following day where I was able to get a better feel for the company and better understand what this role would entail. Immediately upon finishing the phone interview I was asked for availability of an in-person interview and had that a few days later.

Question 1
I don't remember the details of the interview questions. However, what I do remember is that they were a little less interested in me talking about all my experience and skills and were much more interested in learning more about my personality, work ethic, and teachability. The interview process here was professional and yet I felt very relaxed.
