Interview
There are two components, a social interview and a skill based interview which depends on the role. The social part is to assess whether I fit with the company culture and values.
Whilst in my case, the technical interview focused on understanding my account management, technical understanding and client journey progress for new and existing clients! It's much more technical for engineering and a lot more design focused for designers.
