The interview process consisted of three stages.
INTRODUCTION CALL:
Quick call to get to know the company better, manage expectations for work and salary and a big round of Q&A to check the alignment between the candidate and the company.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:
Consists of a 1h interview covering work methodology, process and visual portfolio.
FINAL INTERVIEW:
Another 1h interview that is like a mash-up of the last two to double check.
I would like to add it is a super pleasant and enjoyable process :)
