It was pretty easy and straight-forward interview process. Mostly typical behavioral based interview questions were asked. I only had 1 interview before was offered a contract role. Offer was sent about 3-4 weeks after interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ModifyHealth
Interview
I was selected with pretty short turnaround time after applying, and was asked to meet for an initial screening with who I believe was an executive or admin assistant. I thought the screening went well, just answered very topical questions about my background. She said that I would hear back once the higher ups reviewed my qualifications. I sent a follow up email a week later to the person who screened me to get a status update. After another week of not hearing back, I sent another follow up email just to be ghosted again. It's been about 3 weeks since I sent that second email. I haven't gotten anything as little as, "They're still reviewing your application," -- nothing at all. Although the company seems to have a great mission and the position sounded like everything I wanted for my next job, I'm glad that I got a sense of the company's true colors so early on. To me, the experience reflected a company culture of disorganization and inconsiderateness.
