Applied online in March, heard back within 2 weeks. Overall process took about 6 weeks.
Round 1 - Phone Screening (30 mins)
HR called to discuss my background and interest in Morocco. Basic questions about salary expectations and availability to relocate. Pretty standard stuff.
Round 2 - Technical Interview (1 hour, video call)
Software engineering manager asked coding questions - mostly algorithms and data structures. Had to share my screen and code in real-time. Questions were medium difficulty, nothing too crazy. Also asked about my previous projects.
Round 3 - Panel Interview (1.5 hours, in-person in Rabat)
This was intense. 3 people - hiring manager, senior developer, and someone from another team. Mix of technical deep-dive and behavioral questions. They really grilled me on why I wanted to work in Morocco and what I knew about UM6P's mission.
Round 4 - Final Interview (45 mins)
Met with the department head. More conversational, talked about the team culture and long-term vision. Got a brief campus tour which was actually really impressive.
