Streamlined. I went through two rounds of interviews. First with HR, then with the hiring manager, then was required to do a creative project, followed by another interview to review the project with the hiring manager.

Interview
After applying online the senior graphic designer interviewed me over the phone, I then got interviewed by the owner and senior designer again, finally I interviewed with the other owner. The process was great, they were so friendly and it seemed like it would be a great company to work for.
