Question 1
Quais minhas experiências e qualificações para a vaga.
I applied online. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at Montele Elevadores (Belvedere Tiburon, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Upon arrival at the company’s headquarters, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who guided me to a waiting area. After a short wait, I was introduced to the first interviewer, a senior engineer. We discussed my academic background, my experience with electrical systems, and my understanding of the company’s work. I was asked to explain some complex concepts and how I would handle certain hypothetical situations. This part of the interview was very technical and required me to draw upon my knowledge and experience.
Next, I met with a project manager who asked me behavioral questions. These questions were designed to assess how I handle challenges, work in a team, and manage my time. I shared examples from my past experiences where I demonstrated problem-solving skills, leadership, and the ability to meet deadlines.
The final part of the interview was a practical assessment. I was given a problem related to an electrical system and asked to come up with a solution. This was a hands-on test of my technical skills and ability to think on my feet.
Throughout the process, everyone I met was professional and respectful. They were genuinely interested in getting to know me and my capabilities. It was a challenging experience, but also a great opportunity to showcase my skills and passion for electrical engineering.
After the interview, I left the building feeling confident and hopeful. Now, all I can do is wait for their decision. Regardless of the outcome, I know that I gave it my best shot and learned a lot from the experience.
