There was a group of 5-6 stakeholders asking predetermined questions. We had a general conversation after form interview. The interview lasted about an hour. Follow-up was within a few days.
I was invited for multiple interviews, phone and in person. Each interview consisted of a panel. One panel included front line staff and their supervisors. The last interview panel consisted of executives.
