1. 15 min call with HR and they scheduled a interview with the hiring manager.
2, Interview was scheduled with the hiring manager.
then all the sudden I got this message the day before the interview with the hiring manager.
"I am sorry, but we decided that we are going to pass on you for our QA Management position. We have some other candidates now that seem a better fit for Monument. We will not be moving forward with you.
Good luck on your search."
why are you guys wasting people's time?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Monument (TX) (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2024

Lengthy, to say the least. Overall about 5 rounds of interviews, only to be ghosted after 4 because they promoted internally. Plus quite a few online assessments, one of them being a watson-glasser assessment.
