Applied online through a well known website. Post still open, heard within a day via email that I wasnt successful in even getting an interview I sent a reply asking for feedback as to why as I had plenty of experience, they did reply, which was good, and advise that they hadn't even looked at my application. As they had already filled the role, Charming. Why do employers do that, leave it open for people to waste their time in putting together an application. Nice of them to reply and let me know. Some don't.
