I was asked for a meet-and-greet Zoom interview and it was great. I didn't get the job but it's a terrific organization and whoever they hired is lucky to be working with them. Awesome people doing important work.

The interview was so straightforward and they are very approachable team. It didn't feel like I was being quizzed or scrutinized, but instead these were folks that really wanted to get to know me. The best thing I found was coming to the table with a good amount of questions about what their own measure of success was for the position they were looking to fill.
