Quick call with standard questions, i get an email after that with summarise, they asked me about an experience, about some courses too. I used STAR method but it doesnt'work in my opinion.

Also there are simple HR styled questions such as "who are you when it comes to your character traits."
They also required a lot of technical skill such as soldering, using a multi-meter, an oscilloscope, etc.
