Interview
The process was straightforward. After applying, I had one online interview with the Design manager. This was followed by a final in-person interview which also included a helpful tour of the manufacturing site.
Detailed and quite enjoyable, the people I met knew their jobs and were detailed.
Met a number of the staff including Directors who seemed to be pretty joined up across the process.
