Really easy - I sent them my CV and was contacted very quickly by the director of the Andria branch to arrange an interview. The first interview was with the director of the Andria branch and then the second was with the director of the company.
They didn't ask any detailed questions about my teaching experience, approach or methodology.

Question 1
I didn't get asked any questions about teaching, only very vague questions about where I had taught and lived and why I wanted to come to Italy.
In the second interview, he only asked me where I was living.

- unprofessional interview process - interview was in Italian - they asked me for a language level certification ( I am a mother tongue english teacher with a CELTA) - they didn't seem to know how a celta works
