Interview
It was purely through messages. I had to send my documents but they didn't even get back to me with a proper interview and didn't give me a chance to negotiate a salary which I think they couldn't afford. Their exam is 2 questions about how to answer emails which I think is quite unfair since I don't know how they operate internally. Whoever made that test doesn't know anything outside of their own workflow.

Question 1
Years experience, how I would address certain emails from clients.
Answered a few questions via email, completed a test, and filled out a test, and answered a few more questions. The process wasn't particularly easy or challenging. It's definitely a reasonable test if you know what you're doing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mother Tongue in May 2024
Interview
Great experience with the interview process. First interview was very general with the recruiter. Next step was a written test that consisted of a mock email and reviewing a translation for errors. Second interview was with a Senior Account Manager and Operations Director. They were very thorough and their questions very specific to an account manager role. Final interview with the General Manager. Overall the process took 4 weeks.
