There was a quick video interview then they immediately gave a data analysis assignment that they want emailed back to them. Like other reviews state, the interview itself is easy. My impression is that they have an easy interview to pass people to the next stage to get what they want - free work.
Met with the hiring manager and had a quick conversation. More focused on how they could help you instead of the other way around. It was a low stress interview.
